Hi, I’m Nancy Acuña, a hands-on real estate agent who guides my clients through every step of the buying or selling process. I’ve been helping people in Newport Beach and throughout Orange County since 2012, and the words I often hear from clients are trust, passion, and credibility.

Whether it’s a luxury home, coastal estate, new construction, rental, or a more sensitive sale like probate or divorce, I treat every transaction with care. With my background in accounting and a degree in Business Administration, I’m able to help my clients not only with real estate but also with understanding loan options, contracts, and smart financial decisions.

I’m known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and always looking for solutions. I believe in providing concierge-style service, and I don’t hand things off , I’m there with you from start to finish. I also speak Spanish and love working with clients from all backgrounds.

Helping first-time buyers get their keys or helping a seller move forward with confidence, it’s why I love what I do. I live in Orange County, and when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with my kids or taking my youngest to the beach.
