Born in Amityville, NY, my family relocated to SW Florida when I was very young. I call Venice, Fl as my home town because that's all I remember and love! I have seen this area grow and the diverse people who come here from all parts of the world really make this area great! I now reside in Punta Gorda but still take care of all Charlotte County and South Sarasota County.
I am a Veteran of the Marine Corps and a Licensed Home Inspector. I provide hard working ethical work to either sell your home or find you a new one! No matter where or when, I am working for you!
I have lived all over the United States, worked for a large aerospace manufacturer, and have been involved with the purchasing or selling of homes in some fashion or another since 2002.
Following in the family business, I've been a Licensed Home Inspector for over 10 years and now listed as a Master Inspector with over 4500 inspections performed. However, selling real estate is my passion and I will never inspect what I represent as a Realtor.
I received my license to sell Real Estate in 2019 and have received many certifications. I recently won the 100% Awards with Re/Max for my sales in both 2022 and 2023! I have earned the designation of GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and CELA (Certified Expert Listing Agent). I believe that I can always improve myself through education to become an even better agent for you!
