When Patricia Ann Rosabal decided to get into real estate the market was hot, her mindset was on GO, and her family was all on board for her to disembark on her new venture. She heard all the stories of how lucrative the market once was and how slow it had become, and this is when she decided that she alone determined her own success. In fact, her first transaction was a commercial property. She applied herself and became knowledgeable in every aspect of that property to closing. Her positive and caring attitude are the two characteristics her clients are attracted to.

Real Estate has given her the flexibility to wear different hats. She is a daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend so her plate is full but forever has a cheerful heart. Her mantra is “Success is all in the ATTITUDE”. She is driven, and determined and wants to be of service to all of her clients.

Patricia is a native Houstonian and has extensive knowledge of Houston and its surrounding areas. Her parents were her first mentors and laid the foundation for her success today. Their values and perspective taught her that with enough time, energy, and focus, she could become a pro at anything she set her mind on.

In her past life, she worked in Property Management for 20 years, which became the stepping-stone into her real estate path. It’s all about customer service! Continuing education and being a part of her community.

She is a problem solver, and she has the ability to approach anything that she faces, no matter how insurmountable it seems at first, breaking it down and figuring out how to accomplish what her clients need. Her goal is to achieve a referral-based business for generations to come.
