Hi, I’m Artyom — but most people just call me Art!

I bring 18 years of sales experience to the table, along with a real passion for real estate. After spending the past couple of years helping buyers and sellers across New Jersey, I’m excited to bring my expertise back to New York — especially to Staten Island and my old home, Brooklyn.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me spending time with my wife and two kids, getting out on a bike ride 🚴, traveling ✈️, or messing around with cars 🚗 and watches ⌚. I’m also fluent in Russian.
