Stephanie came to the real estate business with previous sales experience that helped her develop a business that focuses on the needs of the client and helping them find just the right house for them. She has a creative flair for seeing homes for what they CAN BE and help sellers to stage their home to appeal to the most amount of clients. Buyers may not appreciate a home initially but she can help them visualize it with some improvements that they can make to increase the equity and gain value. With over 22 years experience she has gained designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert CNE, Certified Home Staging Professional ASP and New Construction Specialist CSP. Stephanie is a consistent RE/MAX International 100% Club member. The life of my real estate business comes from referrals of family, friends and business connections. Stephanie is very community minded. She serves on the the Board of Directors of the Our Town Foundation in Hamburg, The Strand Theater committee and volunteers for a Golden Retriever Rescue group. She is a member of the a Christian real estate network and serves in her church. Family values are very important to her.
