I grew up in Katimavik, spending more time in creeks, on bikes, and on toboggans than anywhere else. And when I wasn’t outside, I was watching the real estate and home-makeover shows that ended up shaping the career I didn’t even know I wanted.

Since 2015, I’ve worked behind the scenes helping real estate leaders build strong teams, coach new and experienced agents, and create brands that actually mean something in their communities. I’ve helped teams stay at the top through buyer’s markets, seller’s markets, COVID frenzies, and everything in between.

After a decade in operations, I stepped into representing clients. While helping a couple find their forever home, they told me, “Tay, this is your calling,” and I felt that. I began building my own real estate company, Paxton Homes, rooted in genuine care and a real love for helping people reach the next chapter of their lives.

I bring streamlined systems that keep your journey organized and transparent, and resources that ease the stress of moving. Most importantly, I offer thoughtful, thorough service from our first conversation to the moment you receive your new mailing address.

With over $2.6M in sales volume in 2025, I’m proud of the numbers, but what matters to me most is seeing people land exactly where they’re meant to be.
