Hi, I’m Gursimar Anand — a Realtor® proudly serving clients across the Toronto GTA.

Born and raised in Mumbai, I moved to Mississauga in 2014 and have called the Peel and Halton Regions home ever since. Growing up in a family business environment, I was exposed to entrepreneurship and sales from a young age — a foundation that continues to shape the way I serve my clients today.

As my passion for real estate grew, I decided to pursue it full-time. I now specialize in working with first-time home buyers and investors, offering tailored advice focused on high-return opportunities, cash flow analysis, and long-term value.
