Throughout my career, I have stayed informed in all areas of the industry in order to best serve my clients. This includes continuing education classes, participating in local and regional conferences (providing both national and local market updates), being aware of state and local regulations on subjects that affect housing.
Having lived in the area and raised a family, I am well versed in community, schools, sports, business and civics. As an expert negotiator (RENE Certification), I have honed the necessary skills to be able to advocate effectively for my client's best interests.
I am invested in the local communities and, as a result, have a strong spirit of cooperation with other realtors, lenders, lawyers, home inspectors, etc... I am known for my thoroughness, professionalism and loyalty because I see that as my obligation to the consumer.
