He is well-versed in the intricacies of the NY, NJ and CT markets, including co-ops, having served for 10 years on his co-op’s Board of Directors holding key roles of Secretary, Treasurer, and President.

When Nick isn't assisting clients, he enjoys staying active on his Peloton, biking, traveling, enjoying theater, exploring new restaurants, and indulging in his love for wine. He is currently based in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn with his wife, Snezhana, and their mini Bernedoodle, Milo.
