In 2012 I relocated to Cape Coral from Hawaii with my beautiful Real Estate partner and wife Denise. We have lived in many states across our beautiful Country. After a long search for our ‘new paradise’ we chose Cape Coral because of the amazing weather, fishing, and boating lifestyle. I grew up on Lake Tahoe on the water, so I had always dreamed of living back on the water. I am an avid fisherman, boater, and dive master so I feel at home in Southwest Florida with its unique lifestyle and all it has to offer.

I worked for many years as a Correctional Peace Officer in Nevada and California and retired in 2006. My real estate career began when we opened Windsor Capital Mortgage. Prior to moving to Florida, I worked for the Department of Defense in Hawaii.

I am dedicated to helping our customers learn all that Southwest Florida has to offer. My experience navigating the waterways and fishing in Southwest Florida is of great value when assisting our customers, helping them make their best buying decisions to meet their goals. I am happy to answer questions about our waterways and off-shore/in-shore fishing. Showing waterfront homes and lots by boat is very important to our customers who are interested in waterfront living. I am also a Boat Broker so I can answer a variety of questions and help customers find the perfect boat for our Southwest Florida waterways!!
