Scott Nicot (Nico) is an elite 20-year RE/MAX professional with specialized training as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). As an accountant and former corporate controller, Scott has a knack for numbers. He treats every seller and their properties as a separate business entity where they are the CEO. Because of his accounting background, he can properly price properties and obtain the best price possible for his clients, whether buying or selling.

After serving hundreds of clients, Scott has seen every type of transaction imaginable, from the simplest to the most complicated. Scott will use his skill, care, and diligence to get the deal done. He was even able to negotiate with a city municipality to release a $1,200,000 code violation lien so the owner could sell for a profit. There is no deal too big, too small, or too complicated for Scott.
