I am a practicing full-time Realtor® working with buyers and sellers to help achieve their dreams in buying or selling their homes in the south Florida marketplace. I have lived in Broward County since 1990 and focus my primary efforts in the North Broward area. I have been married 35+ years and have raised two boys in the local area. As a family we enjoy going to sporting events, music, cooking, movies and travel.

Education and communication are important to me. I have completed training to be a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. This gives me added understanding in the needs of an estate sale, experience in estate administrative duties, knowledge of the legal language and timelines needed to facilitate selling property through the estate. I focus most of my real estate efforts in helping executors and/or personal representatives in selling property though the estate for top dollar, based on the market and individual situation.

I have also completed my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), E-PRO to market efficiently on the internet and my Certified Distressed Property Specialist. This allows me to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies to better serve my clients.

My background includes a strong emphasis in direct marketing and sales and I have spent a lot of time working with several of the local communities on past projects. This gives me added knowledge of the local areas for educating new buyers in the area and helping sellers show the community as well. Raising a family in the local area has also given me further insights into the different programs available within the varying cities people look to relocate to.

I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in our local markets. Each city and neighborhood have its own attributes making it important to work with an agent you can trust for up-to-date market information or knowledge of where to get it when needed.
