Patty calls Cumberland, RI HOME but she is licensed in both MA and RI – and currently enjoys a fairly equal split of transactions between the two states. She is the proud recipient of the 2024 Providence Journal’s “People’s Choice Award” for Residential Real Estate in RI – in just her 5th year in the business. With nearly 100+ listing and sale transactions in her network of experience, she’s relentlessly focused on customer service and satisfaction…with only one client that matters – YOU.

She’s a graduate of Boston College’s Olin School of Management and received her MBA from Babson College. She’s an adoring Mom of two young adults, Owen & Maggie – and two overzealous mini labradoodles, Fred & Gigi. Patty is involved in the local community, has raised children in our public school system, and sits on the Board of Directors for The MA/RI Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In addition to real estate, she enjoys pickleball, road biking, and plotting travel adventures with family and friends (that are acted upon sparingly!)
