Dr. Julio Midolo, a celebrity and high-profile real estate broker, proudly immigrated from Lima, Peru at age four. Raised by a single mother, he learned the values of hard work, dedication, and resilience, principles that guide his life and business. As an immigrant who has lived the American Dream, Dr. Midolo is proud to serve and give back to the community that shaped him.
He began his real estate career in 2003 and quickly found his passion. In 2008, during the Great Recession, he, like many Americans, lost everything. That experience opened his eyes to the lack of support for homeowners facing foreclosure. Determined to make a difference, he rebuilt his business from the ground up and became a trusted advocate for homeowners in distress.
Today, Dr. Midolo is the go-to real estate expert for many of Southern California’s elite. As part of the RE/MAX Collection, he provides both local knowledge and global reach. He is the sole Owner and Broker of RE/MAX SKY, serving the greater Los Angeles area.
Dr. Midolo is an active member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Southland Association of Realtors (SAOR), and the Downey Association of Realtors (DAOR). He serves as Head of the Grievance Committee for DAOR, a State Director for CAR, and sits on the Board of Governors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
With a passion for law, he works closely with a network of affiliate attorneys in Probate, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, and Family Law. Dr. Midolo has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes while offering unmatched guidance, compassion, and service. His mission is simple, treat every client like family.
