Originally from New Brighton, MN he started his real estate career at the age of 20 and soon after purchased his first home in Golden Valley. Being a young homeowner he quickly learned how to maintain an older home which sparked his lifelong interest in home renovations. His hands-on experience with remodeling projects in both investment housing and in his own homes have deepened his knowledge in this area.

One of Jonathan’s strengths is his extensive network of skilled tradespeople, cultivated over years of collaboration. This network is a valuable resource for his clients, and provides access to top professionals for any real estate related need.

In 2022, Jonathan and his then fiancé, Natalie, a commercial real estate attorney, made a significant move to the Prior Lake area. They share a love for their pets and enjoy relaxing on their pontoon. In 2023, they celebrated their commitment with a wedding in the Bahamas, surrounded by loved ones.

Jonathan’s commitment to learning extends beyond real estate, as he enjoys acquiring new skills in various areas, from welding to making sourdough bread, grilling or his favorite – mastering the skill of making pizza.
