I have a passion for buying and selling homes in the Twin Cities area. I have been investing in 1-4 unit properties for the last 11 years throughout the metro area and currently hold rental properties of my own. My personal experience in buying/selling dozens of my own properties has been a valuable tool in advising my clients through both my successes and failures.
