Ken Erickson - RE/MAX Gold

Ken's been a Folsom resident for over 46 years a REALTOR for over 23 years. He was awarded RE/MAX's prestigious
"Hall of Fame Award" in the spring of 2022. Ken began his Real Estate career in 2001, has earned multiple awards and designations and has served as a mentor for new agents. Ken served on the Sacramento Assn. of Realtors Education Committee and is a Graduate of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Prior to Real Estate, Ken retired from a 23 year career in Sales & Marketing with Hallmark Cards. He's a 1970 graduate of Norwich University, is active in their Alumni Association and is a Lifetime Member of Norwich's Partridge Society.
Ken served as a Commissioned Officer & Army Aviator; a Veteran of the Viet Nam era, Ken served on active duty from (1971-1975). He's currently an active member of the American Legion's Post 362 in Folsom.
Ken serves the Greater Folsom Lake Area, including Northern Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado Counties.
