Russ Boyce - RE/MAX One

Russ Boyce was inspired to launch his real estate career after purchasing his first home in 1986 and loving the process. A REALTOR now for over 38 years, he is affiliated with REMAX One in MD, VA & DC. And REMAX Alliance Group in Florida. Russ remains passionate about anything real estate. .

Believing that education is a key to success, he holds several designations. He is a 2008 graduate of the Maryland Realtors’ Leadership Academy, a 2012 graduate of the National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, and he was published in the book, "Leaders and Legends" in 2010.

Russ was president of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors in 2009, a presidential appointee to the MD Executive Committee in 2010, and elected to state leadership in 2011. He served as Maryland president in 2014. He has been an NAR director for 7 and has served on many committees at the local, state, and national levels. Russ served as the 2020 chair of the National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, and as the 2022 National Association of Realtors Region 3 vice president. In 2024, Russ received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.

Russ enjoys giving back to the local, state and national associations. He likes to help others raise their awareness, achieve higher goals, and be the best version of themselves possible. He believes in leading by example and empowering as many people as he can along the way.

He loves helping his clients with one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Realizing their dreams of buying homes and selling houses. There are a few families he's worked with over the years that he has sold to 2 and 3 generations. One of his repeat clients once told him "You are family and there is nothing you can do about it" While still having a big presence in the MD, VA and DC area, Russ has launched his career in Southwest Florida. His 2nd home for the past 20 yrs. He enjoys spending time with family, which includes 10 grandchildren!
