Vamiya Durant - RE/MAX Southern Shores

I bring greetings from the charming town of Timmonsville, just outside of Florence. I am proud mother to my daughter, Amaryn, who is 19 and entering her second year at Francis Marion University. Amaryn has achieved both the Dean's and President's Lists, and I couldn’t be prouder!

Having recently relocated to North Myrtle Beach, I brings with her three years of real estate experience. I am an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS, where I serves on the marketing committee. With a solid background in the mortgage field, specializing in renovation loans and addressing loan deficiencies, I have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry.

Deeply passionate about providing exceptional service and care to her clients, I am guided by her principle, “You never know when you are in the presence of an angel,” I strives to treat everyone with love and respect.

In my free time, I enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family and close friends, traveling, fishing, and indulging in some shopping.
