I help buyers and sellers who are growing their nest or emptying one, to navigate the process in a supportive, stress-free way so they can enjoy an active lifestyle on or near the water. My degree in graphic design, photography and marketing allows me to creatively and effectively showcase homes that sell fast and at full value. I exercise great listening skills and patience that developed over my six year counseling career. I have clever and creative approaches to negotiating, problem solving and getting to the closing table on time. Strangely enough, I’ll be the first person to talk a client out of a home if I feel something is wrong with it or if it doesn’t seem like a good fit. I do not allow my to clients settle.
