Great to meet you, my friends call me "Kat'! Licensed in NY since 2014, I have over a decade of creative sales and real estate knowledge to support my clients. Before shifting to residential real estate, I founded and ran three companies, managing 25 employees and over 200 real estate clients before one was acquired by a commercial brokerage in 2019. You might recognize my work behind the scenes for award-winning agents you’ve seen on TV! My marketing clients have been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters and Buying Beverly Hills.I like to stay involved in community organizations. Right now I am the social media manager for the Mendon Central Business Association and I several committees for Irondequoit Country Club. I love all water sports, boating, golfing, and yoga. Before kids, I raced alpine skiing competitively, and taught skiing and snowboarding at Bristol Mountain. In the spring I love to host gardening events in my backyard and run a plant-swap group on Facebook. My personal real estate investment experience includes flipping homes, vacation properties, and long-term rentals. Through these projects, I have made many close friends in contracting and home services that I’m excited and proud to introduce to my clients. I usually know a “guy” for whatever you have in mind!
