Doug Wanroy was born and raised in Grand rapids area of Michigan and has been in Real Estate since 1991 . In 2009 I relocated to Punta Gorda Florida, after our youngest daughter graduated from High school and went off to UCLA .
My wife Marcia and I have 2 daughters 1 that relocated to Punta Gorda a few years ago and 1 that stayed in California after college. We are avid animal lovers and boaters. I have a background in Building & Developing and spend much of my time educated potential buyers on the building differences from Northern homes to here in SW Florida. I'm active in Community functions from the Punta Gorda block Party and for the last 12 years the Florida International Air Show which I'm Vice President & Red Caps Director of Facilities and Logistics both providing millions of dollars to local charities.
