Now you, a buyer, have rights to the same level of representation as the seller. My fiduciary responsibility and allegiance is to you and not the seller. Take advantage of representation by using a buyer's agent to guide you through the entire process of buying your home. I will not only search for homes that meet your needs but will also provide recommendations for other professionals that you may need, including financing and legal representation. As a first time buyer, I will also make sure that you understand the entire home buying process and will walk you through every step of the way. I will assist you in shopping, negotiating and closing. I am with you through the entire process. As you do not currently have a buyer's agent representing you and looking out for your best interests, I will be your agent.
I do not ask my buyers to sign an exclusive right to represent contract. All is ask is that we work together until we find the right property for you and your family. Most of my business comes from referrals from my satisfied clients. Maybe one day you too will have a friend who can use my services.
Speaking of my services you may ask what do I charge? The answer is simple. I get paid by the seller at the closing table. My services to you are gratis.
