I have been a property owner on South Padre Island for 28+ years, living full time on the island since February 2008, when I moved from North Central Indiana. I have been a licensed real estate agent since February 2014. I am married to Becky, my wife of 52years. I have 3 children and 8 grand children and 1 great grand child. My previous employment background has been primarily in sales for the last 45+ years, with 33 of those years selling/manufacturing pleasure boats on the wholesale level. My primary sales and listing area are South Padre Island, Texas also Port Isabel and Laguna Vista, Texas. As being in a resort area, I am knowledgeable in the second home and rental investment properties.
