I am a lifelong resident of California’s Central Valley. growing up in Tulare and moving to Visalia after marrying my husband and purchasing our first home. After earning my real estate license, I worked as a transaction coordinator to gain hands-on experience with the real estate process. I assisted with over 200 successful escrows for both buyers and sellers, gaining invaluable expertise in the escrow process. I specialize in assisting first-time homebuyers and have extensive experience in new home sales, providing tailored guidance to those looking to buy a brand-new or pre-owned home. Before transitioning into real estate, I worked in human resources, assisting employees with medical leaves and restrictions. It was in this role that I discovered my skill and propensity for guiding people through stressful and challenging times. After losing my husband, I became a single mother to our two wonderful children. I later earned my BA from Fresno Pacific University, graduating Summa Cum Laude while working full-time. I now homeschool my kids through a local charter school and enjoy helping with my daughter’s softball team. In my spare time, I love camping with my family and our golden retriever, Barkley.
