As a licensed Broker/Realtor who has been actively working in the industry for over 50 years, David has experience in a wide range of real estate activities, including both single- and multi-family residential sales and acquisitions, property management, investments, rehabilitation and renovation, manufactured housing, ADU development and installation, urban in-fill development and financing. David is also licensed by the California State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) as a Dealer for Manufactured Housing (License # DL1501467).

Additionally, for those attempting to settle an estate, the process does not have to be complicated. As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (C.P.R.E.S.) David can guide you through real estate matters relating to your probate, conservatorship or living trust, as well as assist you with preparing the property for sale or for disposition to others, including family members.

A Bay Area native, David was born in San Francisco and received his undergraduate degree from Stanford. He also studied at La Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in Mexico, D.F., and has performed graduate work at both UCLA and Stanford in Film, Theater Arts and Communications.
