Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Tracey J. Plechas moved to Florida in 1998 to complete her college education at the University of Central Florida—and she’s called it home ever since. With over four years of experience in residential real estate and more than two decades in the timeshare industry, Tracey brings a powerhouse blend of sales expertise, sharp negotiation skills, and exceptional customer service to every client interaction.

Before joining The Laura Leigh Wood Group at RE/MAX Town & Country Realty, she successfully owned and operated telemarketing rooms, where she developed her ability to communicate clearly and close with integrity.
