During my tenure as a commercial real estate underwriter and construction monitoring analyst for a national bank, I gained a strong understanding of appraisals, inspections, and market valuations. Upon leaving the banking industry in 2019 to focus more on capital investment opportunities, I felt like something was missing in my life. It was ultimately the relationships I missed the most. The passion I have for real estate paired with the desire to help, educate, and connect with people during a process that is so exciting for them and me…buying or selling a home or setting up their retirement plan with investment properties, I felt the calling to be a Realtor.
