As an advocate for community development, she has raised awareness for cyclists in the city and participated in supported rides such as Tour de Houston and the MS-150 Ride to Austin. She also stays involved in her local community by coordinating events with the historic Heights Theater.

Rachel is a graduate of the University of Houston with bachelor's degree in Marketing. After graduating with honors, she spent 10 years professionally working in contracts & negotiations with the University of Houston.
