With over 19 years in the real estate industry, I bring extensive experience as an Associate Broker, primarily focused on managing offices and fostering agent growth. Since beginning my career in 2006, I’ve had the honor of supporting both new and seasoned agents, providing the mentorship, resources, and encouragement they need to achieve their professional goals and elevate their client service.

In addition to my management responsibilities, I am dedicated to helping clients buy and sell homes, guiding them through each step of the transaction with a focus on a smooth, rewarding experience. I understand the personal and financial importance of each real estate decision and strive to make the process as stress-free as possible.

I also serve as an instructor at the ASCEND School of Real Estate, teaching pre-license, continuing education, and broker courses. My passion for education has allowed me to empower countless agents in building successful, fulfilling careers in real estate.
