Karen has been involved in the Charlotte Real Estate Industry for over the last 20 years, with years of New Home and Resale experience. Karen values her relationships with clients, listening and putting their needs first, and views the relationship as a partnership. That's why over half of her clients are either repeat buyers/sellers or have referred their friends, family, and co-workers to her. Karen was the top-selling agent for the Brian Belcher Team in 2021 and 2022. She attended South Meck High School and graduated from UNCC with a BA in Business Administration. She is married to her college sweetheart, John, and lives in the Wesley Chapel area. Karen enjoys time with her family, get-togethers with friends, and exploring new places. She also works for an animal rescue group in Union County.
