Nancy concentrates primarily in the Weddington, Waxhaw, and Marvin areas of Union county. Nancy worked for eight years as a Charlotte area Residential Real Estate Appraiser before obtaining her real estate license. Living in Union county for over a decade, she raised her two daughters in both the local public schools as well as private school while navigating through redistricting issues and multiple personal moves . These professional and personal experiences give her an advantage in assisting clients on the ins and outs of living in the area and positioning themselves for favorable resale possibilities down the road.

Nancy also specializes in new construction in the area with clients having built in over 16 different new construction communities including both production builders and custom homes.
