Davelyn Tengan is a dedicated Hawai‘i real estate leader with over 16 years of industry experience. As Vice President of Sales & Business Development and Broker-in-Charge at REMAX Hawai‘i, she supports six real estate offices across O‘ahu and Maui. Her leadership is rooted in service, integrity, and a deep commitment to agent success.

A licensed real estate broker, Davelyn oversees contract review, leads the company’s online lead division, coaches agents, and partners with affiliated businesses to strengthen operations and client service. She’s known for her hands-on approach, collaborative leadership style, and passion for developing top-producing agents in the competitive O‘ahu and Maui real estate markets.

Davelyn also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hawai‘i Chapter of the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), where she contributes to the growth and professionalism of real estate professionals statewide.

Born and raised in a small town on the Big Island, Davelyn brings local knowledge, strong relationships, and genuine care to everything she does. She’s married with two adult children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and golfing with her husband in her free time.
