My professional experience in real estate includes; Residential Properties for Buyers and Sellers, Investment Properties, Rentals, First Time Buyers, Staging & Home Prep, New Construction & Land, Property Management, Commercial, Short Sales and Foreclosures. I will be able to offer first hand experience to many, if not, to all of these areas. My Husband and I own investment properties ourselves including rentals and AirBNB Properties that we have renovated and created business plans for ensuring their long-term success. As a realtor, I have represented many investors on “flips” and renovation plans to support their investments. I offer many tips and tricks to getting top dollar for my sellers along with helping my buyers find the home of their dreams with my outside of the box negotiation skills.

Outside of real estate, I have a growing family. We welcomed our first child Raelynn Marie in 2022 and have two Goldendoodles, Rusty and Gus. My Husband is a physical education teacher and a coach. Together, we enjoy spending time with our family, traveling, summers on our boat, and winters at our cabin. We truly thrive on staying busy which has amplified our success as a team, business partners, and our marriage!
