Michael Quinn is a fully licensed Residential & Commercial Associate Real Estate Broker with extensive experience, having completed many successful transactions since 2006.

Michael has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representatives (ABR), signifying the achievement as the benchmark of excellence in Buyer Representation. This additional education provides the expertise needed for an edge in serving today’s homebuyers.

His extensive 35-year background as a licensed home inspector adds significant value when working with both buyers and sellers of real estate.

His post graduate education in Historic Preservation also helps to inform buyers and sellers of the many architectural styles and elements differentiating older homes.

Covering the following counties: Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Genesee, Wyoming, Orleans and Livingston. Much of his work is done in Penfield, Fairport, Webster, Irondequoit, Victor, Brighton, Pittsford and the city of Rochester.

Michael is also involved in the Penfield Chamber of Commerce and served on the Board of Directors for ten years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Penfield Symphony Orchestra since 2010.
