Emily Schwitalla - RE/MAX Advance Realty II

Hello! My name is Emily Schwitalla and I am a native Miamian who appreciates my city's local art, culture, and way of living. In May of 2017, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree from Florida State University. I have always been a great listener, and I love to make sure the people around me feel heard. After having worked in multiple client facing positions, making people connections and managing multiple accounts have become second nature. I have been working in real estate full time since January of 2020.

Since Miami is my home, I am intimately familiar with all of the nooks and crannies of the greater area. I'm fueled by my desire to orient my buyers in this international city and help them find their perfect home. Over the past few years in the real estate industry, I have focused on fine tuning my negotiation tactics. I am at my best when I am trusted by my clients to take the weight off of their shoulders and lead them through the transaction with ease.
