Shun Mochizuki - Vanguard

self-introduction:I was born in Hyogo Prefecture and live in Tokyo.
I became interested in the real estate industry because I wanted to succeed my grandparents, who ran a condominium rental business in Okayama Prefecture.
After obtaining a real estate transaction chief qualification, I started out in the real estate industry with a company that specialized in investing in studio apartments. I was able to gain experience in a variety of fields, including acting as a rental agent for beauty salons, nail salons and selling newly built condominiums. This has led to my current role as an agent.
The main type of real estate I deal with now is income-generating apartments and condominiums.
I go to the gym once a week to work out and refresh my mind.

I believe that real estate is filled with people's thoughts and happiness.
I want to value my customers' thoughts and make transactions that will bring them maximum satisfaction.
I also want to create a more comfortable environment, with clearer information disclosure and procedures. My goal is to create a cycle of happiness in the real estate industry.
